OUR PLACE:
Lakeview Villa's location was literally carved out of the mountainside and
overlooks the lake. The lake photo above was taken off the deck. The Villa is nestled in the pines so the
 Villa is surrounded by unsurpassed natural beauty and the wildlife abounds. It is not uncommon to see deer eating right behind the Villa. The Villa sits back away from the main road and is positioned about 100 feet above the lake with their own private, paved drive. Spectacular, breathtaking views of Watauga Lake and the Blue Ridge Mountains are abundant from both the spacious, full ground level deck and the bedroom balcony deck. With only three Villa units available for rental and over 1,500 sq. ft. of living space, you are entitled to total privacy. The Villa's units are top-of-the-line, fully furnished, and VERY nicely decorated. Currently you can spend your time in the "Angler's House" or the "Duck Hut", or "Noah's Ark Cottage." (Designated Pet Friendly-Noah's Ark Cottage)
Midway Marina is less than one mile away and sells, gas, fishing supplies,
etc, go left out of the driveway. Sink Mountain and Curtis Mountain are just
across the lake where all property is in the Cherokee National Forest. There
are plenty of public hiking trails here and a public boat ramp where you can
launch for free. Go right out of the driveway and in a half mile you will
cross a bridge, take the first gravel road to the left after the bridge and
travel to the end where the ramp is located. |
