 with information about things to do. Some examples: Whitewater rafting, shopping, antiquing, museums, golf, biking, horseback riding, swimming, boat rental for the lake,
 water skiing, sightseeing, fishing in the lake and streams, spectacular fall colors, hiking (many nearby trails inside the Cherokee National Forest including the famous Appalachian Trail), visiting waterfalls, attractions like Tweetsie Railroad, cave tours, day trips along the Blue Ridge Parkway, and so much more. East Tennessee Helicopters (423-727-0129) is within a few minutes and you can even take a helicopter ride and view the
